Here at Essence of Turkey we have over ten years experience in the holiday property industry and our aim is to provide the highest quality service in every detail of accommodation, facilities and services to property owners and renters of our holiday properties in some of the most sought after resorts in the area.
Our Company was specifically established and tailored for the holiday property industry here within Turkey where we are permanently based. We are here 7 days a week and on call 24 hours a day during your stay and all properties are cared for to a very high standard by our management team.
With the latest online reservations system managed to an excellent standard by our own dedicated team, all your rental needs and your expectations are well addressed before arrival to resort, leaving you relaxed and ready to start your holiday. We have the knowledge and experience of the surrounding resorts to provide you with all the information you require and we dedicate our time to ensure our guests enjoy themselves.
PROPERTY & RENTAL MANAGEMENT
Leaving your holiday investment in the hands of someone else is always a difficult choice, we appreciate that your property is a valuable asset and property management is based on trust by you the client and your management company. We provide packages based on your specific needs – if you just wish your property to be cared for and ready for your arrival or require a full rental service we are here to help. We have a Pool & Garden service if you have private pool or are a community which requires Pool and Garden management providing you with accounts.
From property refurbishment to general maintenance we shall supply you with quotes and budgets to suit your needs – remember your property is safe in our hands. If you have a holiday home and you require any of our services please do not hesitate to contact us.

TRANSFERS / CHANGEOVERS
Return transfers for up to 4 persons (including children) between Dalaman Airport and resort. Should the number of travellers in your party be more than 4, you must indicate this at time of booking. Essence of Turkey cannot be held responsible for travellers who have not been accounted for at time of booking and, although transfers may be arranged, these will be liable to an additional cost which shall be immediately payable. Transfers are between Dalaman Airport and resort – your driver is instructed not to divert from the most direct route for purposes of sightseeing or any other matter unless in an emergency.
Flight Delay
Don’t worry if your flight is delayd – Essence of Turkey have regular updates from the leading airlines on flight information so please be assured that if your flight is delayed one of our drivers will be waiting for you at the meeting point at Dalaman Airport.
Vacating Your Property
The official time of departure is 11.00hrs unless stated otherwise – although we will try to be as flexible as possible to accomodate your arrival and depature. It is your responsibility to ensure you have packed all your personal possessions – we will do our best to try and retrieve and return any lost or forgotten possessions.
Departure
Your time of collection for the return to Dalaman Airport at the end of your holiday shall be advised before you travel and also within 24 hours of your arrival. It is your obligation to ensure you and everyone in your party is ready at this time as Essence of Turkey cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to delays in leaving the resort. Pick up time is normally 3 hours before departure from resort to Dalaman Airport.
WELCOME PACKAGES / EXTRAS
To make your stay a little more special, we can leave you a variety of welcome packs in your apartment ready for your arrival. For your convenience we always recommend an Essential Welcome Pack, especially if you are arriving in the evening to make sure you have all the essentials you need after your journey to allow you to relax straight into your holiday and to make you feel at home in your holiday property.
There are a variety of welcome packs and extras which may be ordered in advance at time of booking through our optional extras shopping cart. From champagne to shopping, nothing is too much trouble for us in order to meet your needs before you arrive.
