FAQ’S ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY WITH ESSENCE OF TURKEY
- DO I NEED HOLIDAY INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all our customers ensure they have adequate travel insurance to cover their requirements. We advise you bring details of your travel insurance with you on holiday so that in the unlikely event of a situation arising we may assist as quickly as possible and help make arrangements on your behalf. Please note that Turkey is not a member of the EU and EU visitors cannot obtain free medical treatment, so it is essential to have your insurance details with you.
- CAN I ARRANGE CAR HIRE
Car hire maybe arranged in resort and delivered to your property for your convenience by our representative at the welcome meeting or you may pre-book car hire by contact us. You will be required to bring your UK driving licenses, which must be produced by all nominated drivers to the car hire company. If you have the new style license with photographic ID, you will also need to produce the paper document version for the license to be valid. Should you require children’s car seats, please let us know at time of booking.
- WHO DO I SPEAK TO IN RESORT FOR ASSISTANCE
Our objective is to provide you with a wonderful and memorable holiday in South West Turkey. We will call to see you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to ensure you have arrived safely and are settled in to your property. After this, we will respect your privacy and it may be that you do not see one of our representatives again for the duration of your holiday. Should you require assistance in any way, be assured that we will be close at hand: we will provide you with details of whom to contact for assistance or in event of an emergency.
- WILL TOWELS & BED LINEN BE PROVIDED
Each property comes with bed linen and bathroom towels provided. In some cases beach towels are provided for use around the pool or if you visit the beach: the bathroom towels provided in your accommodation must not be used for these purposes. If you have requested a cot this will be provided without linen so please ensure you bring your own.
